Mobile Cleaner

Due to increased work, we are seeking an additional Mobile Cleaner to work alongside our current teams, you will be required to work in Warwick, Leamington and all surrounding areas covered by the company.

The ideal candidate will live local to the head office in Warwick and also,

Be flexible as cleaning will be carried out in the morning, throughout the day or evenings due to the needs of the business and site contract hours.
Cleaning experience is required.
Good communication skills are required.
Successful applicant will be subject to DBS Criminal Record Check on an Enhanced Level in Children Workforce and must produce required documents to complete the process, a work history and 2 references.

A company vehicle, Fuel card and company mobile phone and company uniform will be provided.

The duties include various cleans covering for absence or holidays of regular staff, deep cleans of schools and other sites, including carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, high level and low level cleaning will also be required.

Typical daily cleaning duties will involve: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping desks and tables, polish furniture, emptying bins, cleaning toilets/washrooms and other related tasks as required.

You will be told the day before of your schedule for the next day, but you must be flexible as this may change at short notice.

Full training will be given plus uniform and holidays.

Hours Per Week: 25 hours minimum over 7 days, but must be flexible to meet the company needs.
travel time will be paid and business expenses will be reimbursed

Strong communication skills will be vital for coordinating with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs.
