Part Time Cleaner (Compton CV35)

Part Time Cleaner required for a prestigious site in Compton Verney, Warwickshire

General cleaning duties will include Toilets, Offices, emptying bins, sweeping , mopping and any other cleaning task directed by the on site supervisor

Hours of work are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday 6.30am- 9am (10 hours per week)

£12.85 per hour Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 
£13.93 per hour Sundays
 

Plus paid holiday leave.

You will be required to work on bank holidays (except Christmas day and Boxing Day), when working on a Bank holiday, you will be paid at an enhanced rate and will also get a day in lieu.

Monthly Pay on the 28th of each month (unless that date falls on a bank holiday or weekend, you will then be paid on the last working day before the 28th.

Possibility of more hours.

Experience is preferred with immediate start available.

All training/PPE/company polo shirts /pinnies provided

References will be required
 

Duties:
- Clean designated areas, including but not limited to restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning work preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties.

Summary

As a Part-Time Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Reporting to the Supervisor and / or the Area Manager, your core responsibilities will include cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing various spaces. Your premium driving skills may be utilized for transporting cleaning supplies or equipment as needed. Strong communication and customer service skills will enhance your interactions with clients and team members, ensuring a positive experience. Qualifications

Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.
