Alan Jones

Alan joined Goldcrest in 2017 and is our Managing Director with overall responsibility for business performance including business development and client relations.

A former career banker with over 25 years experience in retail and corporate banking as well as 8 years in private enterprise as the owner of a finance intermediary business. Alan is a passionate and considerate person who works hard to ensure that the business is able to meet the needs of both its' clients and staff alike.

When he’s not at work Alan enjoys cycling, swimming, walking the dogs and spending time with his friends and family.

Christine O’Callaghan

Christine is our Senior Area Manager, who started working for Goldcrest Cleaning in 2010 as an Area Manager. She is part of the Senior Management Team and she provides valuable supprt to our Area Managers, cleaning staff and clients.

She also looks after contracts in Kineton, Wellesbourne and Hatton.

Christine is a Cat Foster Carer for the Mid-Warwickshire branch of the Cats Protection.

Area Managers

Denise Wigley

Denise is the newest member of our Area Manager team and takes care of our clients in the Stratford upon Avon, South Warwick, Henley and Redditch areas. Denise has a wealth of experience from various managerial roles and is committed to delivering the very highest of standards across her portfolio.

Denise's clients include a number of local schools, healthcare sites and some very prestigious offices and buildings.

When she is not at work, Denise enjoys spending much of her spare time with her family and at the family caravan in Wales.

Nick Howells

Nick is our newly appointed Area Manager for the Birmingham and Coventry area. Nick’s experience in the cleaning industry covers over 15 years working with some of the UKs largest providers, he is now putting his experience and knowledge to good use with Goldcrest.

Nick is a crazy mad Aston Villa fan and season ticket holder however, his interests aren’t just limited to football as he also plays Crown Green Bowls!

Lesley Burrows 

Lesley has worked for Goldcrest Cleaning since 2009 and she looks after our contracts in Southam, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Banbury, Bicester and Brackley.

When she is away from work she enjoys swimming and spending time with her family.

Bev Gresty

Bev has worked for Goldcrest Cleaning since 2008, she is an Area Manager for us looking after contracts in Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

Bev is very much an early-bird, she starts work early most days but is still out and about during the evenings. Bev enjoys travel and she is gradually working her way around all of the holiday hotspots.

Mark Williams

Mark came to Goldcrest Cleaning in 1989 as a Cleaner and was promoted to Area Manager in 2007.

Mark looks after contracts for us in Southam, Warwick and Leamington Spa and he is also the Cleaning Supervisor at Warwick Castle.

When Mark is away from work he enjoys walking his two boisterous spaniels.

Dave Wilson

Dave started working for Goldcrest Cleaning in 2005 as a Janitor at the Ricoh Arena.

Having formally worked as our Area Manager for the Coventry area he now works as our Head of Mobile Teams. Dave is our one-off cleaning specialist and is responsible for organising and implementing our cleaning strategies for tasks such as builder's cleans, carpet and general deep cleaning.

In his spare time Dave is an excellent Painter and Decorator.

Carl Wilson

Carl began working for Goldcrest back in 2014 having previosuly trained and worked as a landscape gardener.

Carl works alongside Dave Wilson as one of our specialist mobile cleaners aswell as having oversight for a number of our valued local clients.
